Click Here To See My Deals Of The Week

Hi Everyone

Whistler Blackcomb Hit the Biggest Snowfall Ever for November record..... We are currently skiing on a base of 220 cm and have had over 5 metres of snow so far this month. Awesome! I am hoping to ski with my two boys this Saturday so I shall let you know next week the conditions but all that I've heard is that it is spectacular... get up here!

In anticipation of a busy winter season, I visited a friend in Scottsdale Arizona last week. Despite being over 20 years my senior, she wore me out. We played golf, tennis, hiked, biked, dined and, of course, shopped. A great trip.

A quick market update: July, August, September and October 2009 beat out overall sales for the same months in 2008... with the Olympics only days away if you do want to buy or sell beforehand, you had better get 'crackin' :-)

I am attaching my Tuesday Hot Listings Report. Please do not hesitate to call or email if you require further information. Have a great week!

And Happy Thanksgiving to my US friends.

Sincerely

Denise

My Deals of the Week

Hello from Whistler,

It’s another beautiful day here in the Village. Lots of sunshine, with a dusting of fresh snow on the mountain tops. We enjoyed another great Halloween in Whistler this past weekend. Kids from all neighbourhoods gathered together in Tapleys Farm for trick or treating. I estimate we had about 1000 kids stop by for candy. The costumes were spectacular and the fireworks dazzling. Definitely a sight to be seen.

This week in Real Estate we have had 48 new listings come on the market, ranging from $124,000 for a rustic cabin on Lillooet Lake up to $14,900,000 for a luxury chalet in Brio.

We saw 18 sales this week ranging from $117,000 for a studio in Blackcomb Springs up to $5,500,000 for a luxury chalet in Whistler Cay.

Please click on this week’s heading to check out some properties that I think are either unique or of exceptional value.

Call or email anytime should you have any questions on these or any other properties currently for sale in Whistler.
