We have a buyers market in Whistler. Having also been affected by the global economy, and being primarily a second home buyers market, sales numbers are down. While other ski resorts are down 30% in value, Whistler is 15% to 20%. Many great opportunities and only 2 hours from Vancouver International Airport.
