Its another beautiful fall day here in the Village. We've had a season full of sunshine and changing colours. There was actually a light layer of snow in the Valley yesterday morning. Winter is officially on it's way.
This week in Whistler Real Estate we have seen 28 new listings come on the market ranging from $109,000 for a quarter share in Horstman House up to $13,500,000 for a luxury chalet on Crabapple Drive.
Sales remain strong with 26 deals going firm this week ranging from $14,000 for a parking stall in Glacier Lodge up to $2,800,000 for a brand new luxury home in Nesters.

My Deals of the Week

The temperatures have dropped and Winter is on it's way. We even saw snow earlier this week. Time to get the winter gear out of storage.
This week was slightly slower for sales, I would assume due to the Thanksgiving long weekend. There were 11 sales ranging from 277,000 for a one bedroom condo in Eva Lake Village up to $1,120,000 for a townhome in Montebello.
There are 49 new listings ranging from $100,000 for a parking stall at the Pan Pacific up to $22,500,000 for a 200 acre parcel of land on Green Lake.

Happy Thanksgiving from Whistler
Happy Thanksgiving from Whistler,
We have had a fabulous week here in the Village. Tons of sunshine and mild temperatures. The smell of fall is in the air. I am so excited for this upcoming holiday weekend. The legendary Turkey Sale starts tonight at the Blackcomb Day Lodge. There is bound to be a plethora of great deals. The sale always gets me excited for the start of ski season. In addition to the Turkey Sale, there are numerous other deals happening in and around the Village. If you are in town this weekend, grab a Pique Magazine and see what is out there. You won't be disappointed.

We have had 70 new listings come on ranging from $119,000 for a studio suite in Blackcomb Springs up to $7,800,000 for 2.5 acres of waterfront property on Alta Lake. As you can see there are properties out there in everyone's price range.
