We have had a fabulous week here in the Village. Tons of sunshine and mild temperatures. The smell of fall is in the air. I am so excited for this upcoming holiday weekend. The legendary Turkey Sale starts tonight at the Blackcomb Day Lodge. There is bound to be a plethora of great deals. The sale always gets me excited for the start of ski season. In addition to the Turkey Sale, there are numerous other deals happening in and around the Village. If you are in town this weekend, grab a Pique Magazine and see what is out there. You won't be disappointed.

Sales have remained consistent through the Fall. There have been 20 sales so far this month ranging from $175,000 for a quarter share in Legends, up to $1,470,000 for a luxury chalet in Creekside. We have had 70 new listings come on ranging from $119,000 for a studio suite in Blackcomb Springs up to $7,800,000 for 2.5 acres of waterfront property on Alta Lake. As you can see there are properties out there in everyone's price range.
